The first day back for Students at Swanston Campus for Commercial Cookery Practical classes.

We are pleased to announce that on 2 November 2020 we had a smooth first day back for our students at Swanston Campus for the Commercial Cookery practical classes. From observation it was apparent students were looking forward to their practical lessons, taking careful note of the instructions and advice of the trainers.

We had an opportunity to chat with the hotel owner landlord who came around in the morning to see how our training was going. She seemed very pleased. 

Overall, it was a very good vibe and a good restart to our Commercial Cookery classes at Swanston Campus after such a long 6-month lockdown.

A lot of work has been put into this by the VET team, trainers and all departments involved, so a big thank-you to all who have contributed to this day.

Swanston Campus is now back in action!
