Internet Banking

Payments made through internet banking are typically processed within 24-48 business hours.

All transfer fees must be paid by the student or their sponsor. Ensure that Reference Number (College Student Number) is included in the description as reference. Please send advice of direct transfer to applications@aapoly.edu.au

• Log in to your internet banking account and navigate to the ‘Transfer’ or ‘Payments’ sections in your banking platform.
• Choose the appropriate bank account details for your status:

I am a new student

I am a current student

• Ensure to double-check the accuracy of the bank account details before proceeding with the transaction

Bank Draft

• Visit your bank branch or access your online banking platform
• Request a Bank Draft form or locate the option for issuing a Bank Draft
• Fill out the required fields on the form, including the recipient’s details, payment amount, and purpose.
• Choose the appropriate bank account details for your status:

For new students

For current students

• Once issued, the bank will provide you with the Bank Draft document.
• Bank Draft should be sent by express post and the tracking number forwarded to applications@aapoly.edu.au
